Service Description
Group Training Sessions are initiated with a 10-15 minute Movement Preparation led by a trainer from The FIT in which the focus is to increase core temperature, joint mobility, and movement control. Afterwards participants proceed to the designated areas at The FIT for their particular group training session which typically last about 45-50 minutes. Each session is programmed to provide a full-body emphasis while challenging the totality of fitness: range-of-motion, coordination, balance, strength, power, cardio-respiratory efficiency, etc. Every group session is instructed and coached by a trainer from The FIT. Our goal is to provide a perfect balance between challenge and success for each participant so that everyone can receive maximum benefit. This means we provide specific exercise instruction and we make changes or modifications as needed for each person in attendance.
