Metabolic Resistance Training II (MRT II) is a slightly different form of MRT that incorporates more traditional conditioning exercises (RowERG, SkiErg, Air Runner, etc.) organized with relatively heavy strength training exercises to challenge both full-body strength and resiliency and cardio-respiratory fitness. MRT II is one of the methods we use to bridge strength training and high-level aerobic training.
