Service Description

The Functional Fitness Assessment includes an Inbody Composition Analysis and full Functional Movement Screen (FMS). The information gleaned from the assessments will be used to establish personalized goals, exercise programming, and recommendations. This is a great place to start if you are new to exercise or simply want to learn more about your body and how to get the best results from your training.
