Coaching
Every trainer enjoys working out and loves the gym, but the coaches at The FIT are passionate about building meaningful relationships and using fitness to change people's lives. It is our job to instruct proper exercise technique and movement mechanics for each warm-up and exercise, but we love seeing our members achieving more and becoming more than they ever thought they could be!
We teach our members how to move well and how to train safely without sacrificing intensity or results. And, we have fun while we do it! We will be there with you and for you each workout and every step of the way!

Environment
The environment at The FIT can be understood as three integrated parts: people, tools, atmosphere.
The people at The FIT are the root of what makes it such a great place to be. We strive to build relationships that value love, friendship, kindness, and compassion while reinforcing a tightly-knit community that works hard, maintains discipline, and endeavors to be better.

Second, The FIT has all of the "tools" to help its members be successful: a multitude of functional training equipment and coaching expertise needed to provide every member with a positive and beneficial workout experience.

Finally, we want The FIT to be "the best part of someone's day" so we make it a priority to consistently demonstrate our appreciation, gratefulness, and friendship to our members with "high-fives, handshakes, and hugs."

Tenets
At The FIT we have an intellectually deep assessment and training system, but everything we do is based on principles, or tenets, which gives us the freedom to adapt our methods to anyone interested in training with us.

Fitness is for everyone, so it is vitally important we have an adaptive system for training the widest range of physicality possible. And, our membership highlights the range of our training system, as we coach kids, adults, injured athletes, people with noticeable handicaps, and everyone in between. The FIT Tenets lay the groundwork for what we believe and give us direction for how to train.
