Your FIT
  

Your FIT is any activity in your life that brings (or would bring) you happiness when you do it. Everyone has at least one FIT. It could be that you like gardening, playing with your kids in the yard, or running races on the weekends. Regardless of what the activity may be, it is important to you because it represents a part of what makes life great.

 

Whatever your FIT may be, it is possible to do it, achieve it, live it, or participate in it better than you ever thought possible. The first step is defining what you want to do (or do better). The next step is taking the actions to achieve it.
